Position objects in a pleasing formation,
allowing energy to flow around each item

As far back as I can remember, I was very aware of a sense that objects should be placed in such a way that they do not touch; they should have space between them so that energy could freely flow around them.

They also had to be grouped and placed at certain angles in relationship with one another. This simply felt better. I didn’t know then, that I was intuitively practicing the art of placement.

Consider Each Space as a Temple

Honour your space and treat it like a temple. Consider areas of your home to have a dedicated place which acts as an ‘altar’ where you can present gifts to the universe and honour the space and all those who reside in it.

Keep fresh flowers, light natural incense sticks, use clean water or sea-water in a flowing way (or frequently replace with fresh water), spread sea salt, occasionally ring bells, play gentle and uplifting music, or light candles to enhance the sacred ambience.

On a regular basis, mentally and vocally express a blessing or prayer for your space.
